•NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST BATTERIES OR JEWELRY

Parents Responsibility:

Parents are required to purchase the following items for their children

•1 box of Kleenex  (monthly)

•1 box of Wipes (monthly)

•Each child is required to have an extra set of clothing

•Identification should be on each child clothing

•Diapers and Pull-Ups if the child is not properly trained

•Summer months gym shoes, not sandals
